Dear Human Resources Manager,
As the Head of IT Operations at a multinational IT company providing managed and consulting services, I bring proven success in enhancing productivity, and gaining an advantage when it comes to profit margins.
My work spans companies private and public, mid to large size, from local to multinational organizations. I’ve nearly 30 years of work experience in the IT sector ranging from software development, project management, service management, IT outsourcing.
In the last 8 years I focused myself on people management and IT operations, while supporting business development of my company through the startup of a professional services practice and a remote infrastructure management team in Italy.
My main working experience is with multinational companies, but I had previously also experience with local italian companies.
My work country has been mainly Italy, but I had also frequent opportunities of collaborating with people in Europe and I had also a 3-year assignment in UK.
