People development/talent manager

As part of Talent Development global team, I’m in charge of recruiting processes and systems, Head Hunters agreements, relations with major Universities and Business Schools. 

•	As a direct report to the EMEA HR Business Manager for Agriculture & Construction Manufacturing Business, I work as HR Generalist, managing Manufacturing population for 12 Plants in EMEA Region (Headcount Budget & Forecast, Recruiting, Training, Development, Organization), working strictly with the Head of EMEA Manufacturing Industrial Operations.        
•	In addition, as a direct report to the Global Manufacturing HR Business Partner, I’m the Project Manager for a Development Talent Program dedicated to 400 Manufacturing Talents World Wide: career paths design, managing quarterly meetings reviews, developing and managing Talent Training programs.
