Analysis &Monitoring:
Support management in business decisions providing periodic accounting reports, materials and presentations
Budgeting and forecasting creating planning models for budget, and forecast
Analysis of month-end closing economics results against budget and forecast
Monitoring of relevant Business KPI’s (SLA, productivity …) analyzing consistency between budget and actions taken by the managers, proposing corrective actions
Monitoring resources identifying potential instances of under/over utilization
Implementation of governance systems and tools, working with internal IT team, in order to support and automate controlling activities and reporting
Carry out specific analysis when needed

Project Management support: 
Supporting management in order to redefine and implement internal process and procedures
Mentoring in the best use of project management processes and tools ensuring the adherence to the established standards and guidelines
Implementation of appropriate Project Management policies, templates, procedures

Definition of all stakeholder’s expectations managing directly their requirements
Direction of design new web sites ensuring the overall usability, accessibility, and best practice standards 
Translation of requirements and mockups into fully functioning features, coordinating input from technology team and graphic designers
Regular review, update, copyediting for existing web sites: including text, graphics, video, etc.
Internal team coordination to manage intranet contents including articles, email campaigns, newsletters

Assistance to Museum Director in cataloguing and arranging documentation of the collections 
Support visitors in discovering art collections, preparing talks about collections and making suggestions to ensure their satisfaction. 

Work experience in a summer English language school
Cooperation with local leader to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring also the safety of all students
