Process and quality engineer

Working to ensure the product provides high level of quality that meets costumer expectation;
 Creating and maintaining company documentation, such as quality manuals, and quality procedures;
 Troubleshooting problems applying Lean Manufacturing concepts (QA matrix; 4 M analysis; Standard Kaizen; Standardization; 5 s);
 Support the evaluation of hazards analyses and risk assessment process (HACCP/HARCP);
 Organizing new and more effective methods of personnel training and improve technical their skills (Skill matrix) ;
 Applying good manufacturing practice (GMP) and observing that it is being adhered to;
 Preparing and supporting on ISO 9001:2015, BRC audit.
Feb 2017-

Designing, implementing and maintaing systems;
 To collect and analyse data for critical product and process parameters and identify process losses;
 Working with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities;
 Owner of critical daily management systems and AM pillar, e.g. centre-lining (run-to-target);
 In charge to prepare training on process/equipment changes.
