• To promote the use of tools such as 5S
• To work by the side of maintenance promoting 5 Why tools
• To perform Time-Observation with the aim of identifying and eliminating losses
• To promote TPM project
• Communication to suppliers in order to guide new installation

• To identify plant’s priority and to ensure the correct use of WCM tools
• To monitor KPI/KAI coordinating activities within each Plant Pillar Leader
• To coordinate and plan WCM activities transversely all the Pillar
• To ensure the proper diffusion of the WCM method and tools at different levels of the organization

• I deal with the continuous improvement of my production unit, through the introduction of
methodology to manage the daily problem solving; introduction of the lean philosophy and Kaizen
principles; continuous involvement of people of all levels; Organization and coordination of working
team aimed at the improvement of the production lines performance using PDCA approach.
• I communicate with suppliers, especially about the technical field.

Acquisition of advanced theoretical and applied competences in Plant design, Conceptual
process design, Materials for process and food industry, Computational fluid dynamics,
Innovation process design

Relevant acquired skills: Mechanics, Mathematical Methods, Transport Phenomena,
Chemistry, Process Plants.
