Progam manager / business development manager

Responsible for S8000 engines programs World Wide in terms of :
• Program monitoring in term of economical and qualitative targets (with
continuous improvements in cost and quality targets ) and lead time on
product delivery, risk monitoring and management
• Development Process leading (both product and process) and product team
management
• Analysis and improvement of the product profitability in coordination with
Finance, Customer Management and Sales departments for:

 Preparation and leading the make or buy process

 Possible price reduction or increase to recognize to the customer for
each modification of the product

 Approval of the cost and quality changes of the product currently
manufactured
• Support to Sales Management in the offer process and customer
management till contract closure
• Business Development of the S8000 engine family line-up included Trem
IV Initiative approval at GPC (Global Product Committee):

 Customer requirement analysis and market positioning

 Technical solution deployment and synergies evolution

 Plant footprint comparison in terms of profitability (plant located in
India, Turkey and Brasil)

 Investment consolidation and optimization

Main programs managed: Cursor 9 Euro VI Step C and Tier4B for Iveco/CNH
and Open Market Customers, new Cursor engine line-up:
• Accountable for Cursor 9 engines program targets in terms of performance,
quality and time (production plant in Chongqing and Bourbon Lancy )
• Business Development of the Cursor engine family line-up included Stage
V Initiative approval at GPC (Global Product Committee)

Accountable for Chrysler engines program targets in terms of performance,
quality and time. Main programs managed: MD4,3l 6cyl for RAM2500/3500
(development) and F1C Ulev34 for RAM ProMaster (current production)
