Project engineer / manager / application o sales engineer

Responsibility:  Provide aftersales support & business implementation on spare parts and accessories for industrial/residential boilers and burners.
Main tasks: Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendation or perform actions to correct technical problem. Manage warranty claims and refunds approval, reporting the most important technical issue for R&D department. Provide consulting regarding business implementations and training on the products.

Responsibility:  Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects of cooling towers.
Main tasks:  Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies and alignment of the equipment; preparing cost estimates. Preparing, checking & issue documentation for projects with respect to deadlines, maintaining  project schedule by monitoring its execution; coordinating activities between technical department; resolving technical issues. Project plan control by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes; project average budget 1-1,5 million euros.  Area of projects: CIS & Arabic countries.

Responsibility:  support and development of the projects for chiller & heat pump. 
Main tasks: Cooperation between commercial office and R&D, after sales and logistic departments, meeting with final clients & distributors, estimation of feasibility and risk for the projects, following-up  existing installation to improve the quality of the products. Elaboration and technical support of commercial proposals for chillers, heat pumps and precision air conditioning, trainings & seminars for sales, designers & installers. Maintenance and expansion sales channels, support of local sales units (B2B) and work with final customers (B2C), participation in exhibitions, visit of the installation sites. Area: France, Baltics, Russia and CIS countries.

Thesis: "Calculation of the seasonal performance of the geothermal heat pump equipped with steam injection compressor in accordance with standards EN14511 and EN14825".
Cogeneration plants, calculation of exergy efficiency of the main processes of combustion and thermodynamic cycles of absorption and steam cycles, refrigerators. Hydraulics calculation of pipes. Knowledge of the principles of dispatching of electricity and gas, chemical plants and processes.
