Project manager / product manager

▪	Accountable for product vision of mobile products of Docomo Digital Italy like iMagazines (WWE Mobile, Vice+, MuchGossip, DailyDiva, CalcioStar, Chefbook, Playboy Style) and Video Magazines (ZnackTV, Video4Kidz, Pocoyo House)
▪	Considers interests of stakeholders, such as customer acquisition staff, global marketing team or local B2C teams, international carrier operators, international content providers and partners
▪	Evaluates new media opportunities (content, images, videos, VR videos, tools, gadgets) to launch new services with partners (like Vice, Busuu, McAfee, PlayGround Magazine, WWE) 
▪	Manages 2 development teams (5 and 13 peoples each)

▪	Accountable for product vision of www.playme.com
▪	Accountable for maximizing the ROI of the development effort
▪	Considers interests of stakeholders, such as customer acquisition staff, global marketing team or B2C team, international carrier operators, international record labels
▪	Considers restraints and opportunities of technologies, devices, and local markets for the music business
▪	Manages a product team of 9 people

▪	Accountable for the planning and implementation of product www.playme.com – www.playme.it
▪	Accountable for developing new ideas and solutions for the product

▪	Supports the Senior Project Manager for planning the development of services:
www.dada.net “Social Network” and “Dada Music Movement”
▪	Supports the team and oversees the project to ensure that the desired result is achieved
▪	Accountable for social communication of Dada Music Movement Application in Facebook
▪	Accountable for tracking stats (using Google Analytics) for services
