Currently employed as international consultant (COF-REG) at FAO of the UN.
I am working as technical leader on the unified communication project in UN FAO. My
duties are planning design and implementation of the core skype for business
infrastructure to be used by FAO globally.
Current project responsability also includes:
- roll out of the solutions in FAO HQ
- work with FAO remote sites (DOs, ROs,SROs,LOs) toward designing skype for business
solution
- Drafting technical documentation for the project and for training as well
- branding and communication plan for the UC service rollout
- System admin and End User training

I am working in the Windows server admins team in HQ, my duties are:
1.administrative and maintenance tasks focused on IT infrastructure
2. high level support on windows related systems (AD, DNS, ADFS,etc..)
3. deployment of new hardware and virtual servers
4. support to global Active Directory Consolidation project
5 deployment of Active Directory Consolidation procedure
6 drafting of active directory consolidation project documentation

Employed at Microsoft Italia as a Premier Field Engineer, I deliver proactive and reactive
Microsoft specialist support services to national and international high-level customers.
During "critical situations" that impact core business, I provide on-site specialist technical
support for immediate resolution of issues, analysis of root cause and make proposals for
IT environment enhancements to mitigate future risks. I organize technical workshops
and lectures/courses for skills and knowledge transfer to IT specialists managing
corporate systems, mainly in the area of active directory, its recovery, operational
procedures for execution and communications specialist. I am also a certified Unified
Communications specialist. I have implemented several systems in large corporations
(e.g. Lync/OCS) and travel throughout Italy, Europe and US as needed to support the
customer. I hold a continuing contract with Microsoft Italia.

Employed at United Nations – World Food Programme as consultant.
Microsoft IT system administrator - International consultant. During this period was in
charge of planning the deployment and administration of the WFP Unified Communication
project based on Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and ISA server 2006. I
contributed to the design, architecture and the deployment of the Microsoft OCS 2007 R2
farm and led the migration from OCS to the new Unfied Communications Platform, Lync
2010 for over 15,000 users world-wide. The system was integrated with the WFP current
telephony system (PBX). I developed VoIP solutions for branch offices based on microsoft
and cisco tecnologies (H323/SIP) and contributed to the EPIC project for the integration
between microsoft voice network and VHF radio stations.
