You will be provided with fantastic training to ensure you.
-Create Memories for our customers by welcoming all customers to the airport with our famous smiles.
-Take Responsibility by supporting with any flight disruption, serious emergencies & customer escalations.
-Be the face of Jet2holidays around the airport to support our customers airport journey.
-Collaborate with our transfer providers & customers both inside the airport terminals and outside in the coach park, supporting our transfer operations.
-Prepare & deliver holiday essential information to give to customers as they arrive for their Jet2holiday.
-Deliver a friendly "have a lovely flight" experience as our customers prepare to fly home.
