Job Description We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience for our guests by mixing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Job Role Welcome the guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
Prepare mise-en-place for service.
Prepare the outlet before guest arrivals.
Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, counters, and glassware.
Follow standard drink recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
Recommend and promote signature cocktails, wine, and beverage pairings.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and quality regulations Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Support bar operations during busy hours by working closely with the service and kitchen teams.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand with Maldives experience.
Proficient in English.
Other language skills such as Russian would be an advantage.
Knowledgeable of the latest trends in bartending world, creativity and ability to upsell cocktails.
Ability to do flair and juggling.
Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
