DISPATCHER

The Dispatcher is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating allguest calls and deficiencies reported.
Creates corresponding work orders andcommunicates with technical teams in the most efficient manner.
The Dispatcheralso ensures that standards of performance, requirements and guest needs aremet in the course of daily operations by following up on completion, providingupdates to guest and other Divisions or groups.
Assist the Hotel MaintenanceTeam with their daily administrative duties.
