Company Description The 25hours Hotel Paper Island, surrounded by water on Christiansholm, is just a short walk from Nyhavn.
The island has been transformed into a vibrant new city neighborhood, featuring pioneering architecture by the award-winning COBE architects.
These new buildings offer a fresh interpretation of harbor architecture, using concrete, brick, and timber.
Inside the hotel, the design by STYLT Trampoli evokes the feel of a Scandinavian holiday home on a small island.
Your journey to this Scandinavian retreat begins at the harbor-themed reception.
The public spaces resemble a village, with a little shop reflecting the variety of items you might find there, from fishing gear to shoes to food.
Once you make your way to our rooms or one our three dining outlets, you'll feel as though you’ve arrived at your holiday cottage.
COME AS YOU ARE & SHOW US YOUR VISION … Job Description As an F&B Tournant, you are a flexible and versatile member of our Food & Beverage team, together with around 20 colleagues in total.
You work across our Tiger Lily Restaurant, Nomad Daybar, and lounge areas, taking on different functions depending on where support is needed.
In addition, you play a role in our event and conference operations, occasionally acting as on-site contact person and ensuring smooth service and coordination when events are taking place.
How does your working day look like … Actively participating in the daily operations across the restaurant, daybar, lounge areas, and events Delivering professional hospitality and guest service, whether through table service, in the daybar, or at events Assisting with preparation, table setup, clearing, and general tidiness in all F&B areas Supporting where needed with beverage service and barista tasks Assisting in practical operational tasks such as restocking, storage, and overall orderliness Ensuring that all areas are always clean, presentable, and welcoming Acting as an allround team player, creating flow and consistency in the overall guest experience across the house Supporting event operations, including setup of meeting rooms, buffets, and coffee breaks, as well as service during conferences, receptions, and banquets Acting as on-site contact person for selected events, ensuring smooth communication with organizers and coordination with the F&B team Assisting with event breakdown and reset, securing a seamless transition between different functions and spaces Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You’ve gained your first experience in the upscale catering business.
