Director with the aim of coordinating the development / maintenance of the IT system of the Italian companies of the group, responsible for both applications and IT infrastructure. The main functions are:
 Coordination of all application and infrastructural aspects (security included)
 Relation with internal customers and external companies
 Responsible for new developments both for internal and for customer usage (private and public clients)
 Responsible for new projects
 Integration between all the systems (mainly Oplà ERP, SAP Business Objects, INAZ, Ergonwin, Top Media Surfer, Oracle CRM Cloud)
 Evaluation of new purchases/quotations (and the related budget)
 Continuous research in Innovation and Digital Transformation (for example in IoT)
I’m also responsible for the GDPR project to be compliant with the European Regulation.
As Application Solutions Manager, I coordinated the development / maintenance of the applications and softwares of the Italian companies of the group, with the related management (coordination of external companies, support to users, daily problems management, integration between systems, new purchases/quotations, budget,…).

Manager with the aim of coordinating the development / maintenance of the IT system of the group, with branches both in Italy and abroad. I follow activities in Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Germany), America
(USA), Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Russia, China and India) and Oceania (Australia).
The main functions were:
 Coordination of all IT systems and related external consulting companies
 Responsible of new developments or setup activities on systems
 Oracle Applications implementation and personalization
 QlikView implementation and maintenance
 Coordination of activities for Italian and foreign companies regarding daily problems
 Enhance integration between all the systems (mainly Oracle eBS, Hyperion FM, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Piteco, Amos, BtoWeb, DocFlow, QlikView)
 Evaluation of new purchases/quotations about IT systems, software, technological devices (smartphones, printers, laptops, telephones,…) and mobile/fixed phone contracts
 Responsible of new IT projects (for example, upgrade of Russian ERP 1C, coordination of supplier evaluation IT project, responsible of the asset tracking project)
 Responsible of the IT budget
 Development of the IT Security (documentation and related implementation)
 Responsible of the IT infrastructure
As Oracle Project Manager, I was responsible for the development / maintenance of the Oracle ERP system and the new IT projects, with all the aspects of integration with the other systems and the related
management (coordination of external companies, support to users, daily problems management, new purchases/quotations, budget,…).

Oracle Applications implementation and personalization, with Business Process Reengineering and Project Management activities. I worked for different customers, whose activities varied from one another,
which allowed me to have a global overview of the industrial landscape. In particular customers were:
 A leader manufacturer of electric components
 A service company, the most important in Italy in fair organization
 One of most important company in naval certification
 An important company in loan management
 One of most important Italian mobile company
 A manufacturer of industrial silos
 The second world manufacturer in woodworking machines
The main activities were:
 Project Management activities to manage complex projects and related resources
 Analysis of the as is case and related process reengineering, in particular about Finance aspects
 Oracle Applications implementation and personalization
 Training activities for the customer
 Support activities to solve daily problems
 Evaluation of new reports for growth opportunities and company analysis
 Release migration from Oracle R11 to Oracle R12
 Applicative support with the aim of integrating the Oracle ERP with external information systems (for example Piteco)
 Applicative support with the aim to choose an information system complementary to Oracle (for example for Assets management)

Degree in Management Engineering (final grade: 98/100) at Politecnico di Milano, with a final dissertation related to the use of Business Process Reengineering and Activity Based Costing in a
sanitary context (the analysis was about a real project in the oncological sector financed by Regione Lombardia and was related to the seven greatest hospitals in Milan)

General Certificate of Education in Accountancy at “I.T.C. Gino Zappa” in Saronno. Final grade: 95/100
