Director with the aim of coordinating the development / maintenance of the IT system of the Italian companies of the group, responsible for both applications and IT infrastructure. The main functions are:
 Coordination of all application and infrastructural aspects (security included)
 Relation with internal customers and external companies
 Responsible for new developments both for internal and for customer usage (private and public clients)
 Responsible for new projects
 Integration between all the systems (mainly Oplà ERP, SAP Business Objects, INAZ, Ergonwin, Top Media Surfer, Oracle CRM Cloud)
 Evaluation of new purchases/quotations (and the related budget)
 Continuous research in Innovation and Digital Transformation (for example in IoT)
I’m also responsible for the GDPR project to be compliant with the European Regulation.
As Application Solutions Manager, I coordinated the development / maintenance of the applications and softwares of the Italian companies of the group, with the related management (coordination of external companies, support to users, daily problems management, integration between systems, new purchases/quotations, budget,…).

Manager with the aim of coordinating the development / maintenance of the IT system of the group, with branches both in Italy and abroad. I follow activities in Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Germany), America

 Responsible of the IT infrastructure
As Oracle Project Manager, I was responsible for the development / maintenance of the Oracle ERP system and the new IT projects, with all the aspects of integration with the other systems and the related
management (coordination of external companies, support to users, daily problems management, new purchases/quotations, budget,…).
