AIS PRODUCT SALES SPECIALIST

This person will join the Europe AIS Sales Specialists team and will cover Balkans Area and Israel (tbc & subject to variation).
In this role he/she will be responsible for AIS business development, technical prescription, co-ordination of tendering activities, product qualification and ensuring customer satisfaction.
He/she will build & manage in coordination with the local sales team, the right strategy for sales within his/her area of influence.
He/she will lead the actions for the growth in his/her area to achieve quarterly and yearly targets in full compliance with GE values.
He/she will report to Europe AIS Sales Leader.
We are looking for a dynamic, technical skilled & sales-oriented person.
Looking for challenges in a large multinational company and willing to make a difference promoting and selling HVS product, Service, Environmentally friendly equipment & as well digital solutions.
The candidate must have a proven AIS technical background and possibly sales & Tendering experience.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.
Formulates deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
Assists in customer negotiations.
Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.
Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process.
This is a hybrid role only to be used when both sales origination and commercial proposal activities are ongoing duties of roughly equal importance.
If not, use another distinct area of work.
Developing in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups.
Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to execute policy/strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Most decisions are within a defined framework, but some autonomy in the final decisions for a project, product line, market, sales process or customers.
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Required Qualifications For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Sales and Proposal.
Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
EU Work Permit Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
