In order to support the Industrialization and Innovation of the Company, which includes Industrial Management, R&D and Industry 4.
deployment”, we wish to recruit a senior proven “SW Applications Manager”.
This person will report to the “Head of Industrialization and Innovation” within the Competence Center “Assembly Integration and Testing Italy”, he/she will also work in collaboration with the CCAIT Departments and the Information Technology Architect.
To support those activities the AIT SW Applications Manager participates to translate business requirements into SW application choices, design of functional requirements documents and processes and supporting AIT during the project phases (preparation, design, build,/delivery, roll-out) in order to guarantee the global consistency of the enterprise SW applications.
The SW Applications Manager is the interface versus the IT & Security Department that deliver the projects, to ensure compliance with pre-existing SW Application asset environment, IT standards, norms and rules.
AIT SW Applications Manager participates also in the definition of SLA requirements related to the run phase of SW applications and he monitor the level of satisfaction of provided services.
SW Applications Project Manager must have the professional skills to join our Industrialization and Digital Transformation teams, supporting the Industrial Strategy decision, the Industrial processes monitoring/optimization and the digital transformation initiatives in terms of Industry 4.

The general responsibilities of this role are.
Your role in this team will be.
To review the entire AIT Value Chain lifecycle and derive Information System strategy (Digital Platform Architecture, Digital Technologies deployment, Culture, People & Governance) towards a data-driven and customer-focused organization.
To manage industry 4.
SW Applications in the frame of the “Space Factory 4.
” project.
To support users collecting business requirements, enhancing current solutions and deploying new SW application solutions.
To support colleagues in information systems to define the integrations between the new and current SW application solutions Identify and develop IS/IT digital innovations to reduce operational inefficiencies and transform industrial work processes.
Facilitate organization's understanding of good digital experience and use data-driven methods to enhance customer digital engagement.
Drive the change management phases by communicating on the new solutions and accompanying colleagues in their usage of the new tools.
Contributes to the capitalization and sharing of knowledge on the Information System (through modeling, documentation, communications, trainings) To guarantee consistency of technical architecture, as developed by the IT Company Department, versus Business needs.
To support IT/Security Department on the design process and SW applications demanded.
Participates actively to the SW applications governance process, from demand to delivery and finally to the run service of the SW application.
To advise upon SW application logical architectures & solutions To support IT Departments to designs One-TAS SW application solutions in response to a business project or SW application solutions change requests To analyzes and checks the functional impacts of the proposed SW application solution and their coherence with the existing SW application solutions.
To collaborate with the IT & Security teams (internal supplier) to ensure that that proposed SW application solutions corresponds to expected performance, adaptability & interoperability objectives To support, provides expertise and performs verifications during the implementation phase (roll-out), before delivery in production To participates in proof of concepts To support users collecting business requirements, enhancing current solutions and deploying new To concur to write the URD of the Information System architecture identified, support the design and deployment phase at TRL9.
To support AIT in defining KPI’s and SLA service of SW application solutions managed by Information Technology Department.
Key responsibilities.
As part of the “Space Factory 4.
” core team, you will.
Be the Industrial focal point for Industry 4.
“Information System” projects PLM, ERP, MES, DATA LAKE, IoT and Cybersecurity.
Jointly write the specification and statement of work to start new call for tender To collect the requirements and prepare the documents which will allow to define the architecture, select the preferred solution and the technological partners to integrate the solutions  Jointly plan and evaluate budget and organization to manage the projects To coordinate the activities and resources all along the projects To test and validate the solutions To manage the deployment Once the solution will be deployed you will be the IS referent to support the users, to manage the incidents, to collect the user needs to enhance the solutions To Interface with the Customer Care for the resolutions of the trouble tickets that arrived from the users The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience.
SW Application Expertise for what concern Industrial/Production SWs applications Experience in “Business Process Modeling and Notice” (BPMN) by leading with the clarification and design of business needs first, remaining agnostic about technology solutions when appropriate until the business needs are adequately understood.
Deep Knowledge of industrial SW tools and industrial/production processes such as ERP, scheduler, Middleware, MRP, supply chain management, PLM, data warehouse Deep Knowledge of design and engineering SW tools (PDM, CAD etc.) Deep Knowledge of Digital 4.
industrial solution and OT Solutions.
Proven success in building Digital Solutions architecture in a typical Production Plant will be a plus Knowledge of project management methodologies and service management (Prince2, ITIL, etc.) SW Application Cybersecurity Knowledge of security by design principles Knowledge risk management process Knowledge of cyber security regulatory and standard guidelines (GDPR, SOA, ISO , etc.) Managerial and behavioral skills Excellent communication skills Ability to build good relationship with clients/operational managers and colleagues Ability to gather and assimilate information Problem-solving aptitude Organizational and leadership skills Assist with solving technical problems when they arise Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions Education Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics Degree or equivalent other scientific studies (TLC, Information Technology, etc.) Languages Fluent Italian English Ability to write IT/IS documents and to attend or manage a meeting in Italian and/or in English.
The language for all architectures studies in English.
