We are currently seeking a HR Intern who will report to the HR Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
Your opportunity You will have a fantastic opportunity to join as an HR Intern to support the HR Manager, our Boutiques and Managers in EMEA & Milan office with a wide range of people matters.
You will deal with recruiting and developing talents, focusing on people quality enhancement, projects as change management, internal mobility, employer branding, climate analysis.
How you will contribute Support in the recruitment process in creating job requisition, manage applications, agencies contact, screening and interviews Support in onboarding programs for the new employees and related activities (badge deliver, card order, IT devices etc.) System Workday maintenance (hirings; terminations; promotions; organization updates) Invoices management (collect signatures and submission to Finance) Archive employees’ documents Support in counselling to managers and employees Supporting organizational and culture change initiatives Support in employee relations issues Support in implementing, co-designing, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs Support in time attendance management for EMEA boutiques Who you are Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury will be a plus Master’s degree in HR management, organizational management or similar will be a plus Fluent in English and Italian Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools Good knowledge of high-end fashion field will be a plus Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills Flexible to work in a multicultural context A proactive and positive individual Team worker Able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-development attitude Sense of ownership Why work with us?
