This position is responsible for developing and executing communications strategies in order to increase the awareness of IT Projects among our customer’s internal end-users, Business Partners, Managers, collaborating organizations, and the general community.
The Communications Manager will work closely with the User Engagement, IT Communication, IT Project Managers, IT Service Owners, and teams to set and meet communications goals.
Lead generation and social media should be your daily routine.
What will you do? Implementation communication activities defined in the annual communication plan.
Createing communication materials, e.
., articles, newsletters, SharePoint, user manuals, presentations, information pages, etc.
Determine and schedule individual measures for communication effectiveness.
Monitor communication activities and budget for these activities.
Business Partner for the Branch.
Jointly develop strategic communication plans with the branches, Create synergies and support the department in planning/initiating communication activities,  Planning, developing and activating 360-degree Communication and Marketing activities including video, interviews, statements/messages, branding, events, trade shows, internal, online,collateral material, etc.
usiness Partner for Division.
Jointly develop strategic communication plans with divisions,   Must have skills  Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Marketing 2-5 years of experience in digital and marketing communication area Written and spoken English on a negotiation level  High level of self-organization and sense of ownership Professional manner and ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills The ability to work on your own initiative working to tight deadlines Nice to have.
Use of Design Software Skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suit), Figma, and others Experience in Information Technology or related fields Aditional language    What`s in it for you?
