PURPOSE OF THE JOB Reporting directly to the E-commerce Web Content & Graphic Senior Manager, the E-Commerce Web Content & Graphic Specialist will contribute proactively within the Content Team in designing, updating, and testing graphic assets across all Guess websites and Marketplaces. Additionally, he/she will provide digital content in line with the Brand’s requirements for all planned Web-Marketing activities. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and edit responsive website assets (e.g., homepages, landing pages, category banners, menu banners) in line with marketing pushes, promotions, and product requirements Develop precise UI mockups for new website functionalities and upgrades, guided by UX team, driven by business requirements and needs Create graphic content for web-marketing and marketplaces activities Design, develop, and edit newsletter communications (advanced HTML knowledge is mandatory) Ensure all online assets are up to date Establish and maintain an effective communication flow with other e-comm teams, external departments and company’s regions representatives and partners, to collect material and share the creative outputs A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a web designer or graphic designer in an international environment (experience in a similar role in e-commerce or the fashion field is a plus) Proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD) Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS Video editing and Motion Graphic Skills are high desirable (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere) Previous experience in packaging design is a plus Ability to work independently on several projects, well collaborative within a team Flexibility and adaptability to promptly accommodate urgent business needs Exceptional attention to detail Creativity coupled with excellent organizational skills Fluency in both Italian and English A continuous learning attitude Feel at ease with KPI’s monitoring, proactive approach in taking on duties, not afraid of responsibilities, change, and oriented to self-development and growth Be part of a progressive and sustainable global company which is performing extremely well and is having an exceptional growth in a competitive and tough market.
