**Job Description** AECOM Italia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced ESG & Climate Change Consultant to join our EHS&Sustainability team, which is facing the challenges of climate change and decarbonization.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our clients' sustainability initiatives, managing climate-related projects, and spearheading decarbonization strategies.

The appointed person will be expected to have a key role in the team, with the following responsibilities.
+ Conduct ESG assessments; + Implement climate change risk assessments; + Develop full-scale assessments for energy, emission trading systems (ETS), GHG, and decarbonization; + Manage and analyze data to produce relevant reports on energy assessment, climate performance, and resilience assessments; + Lead the development and execution of climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, achievement of carbon neutrality, with a focus on energy-related initiatives; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ESG considerations, energy, and ETS principles into clients' business operations; + Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability, with thorough knowledge in energy, emission trading, and ESG principles.
**Qualifications** + Appropriate Master\us Degree in Environmental/Energy/ Climate Change Engineering or other related discipline; + Post-graduate study in sustainability matters and climate-energy transition will be considered as a plus; + Fluent in Italian and English; + At least 4 years of experience in ESG, sustainability or decarbonization climate change, and decarbonization advisory; + Qualifications such as Energy Manager (EGE), Auditor ISO , or equivalent are will be considered as a plus; + Understanding of relevant frameworks (e.
., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and reporting standards; + Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate diverse client teams; + Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly; + To be familiar with relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting, with a focus on energy-related applications; + Licensed to drive in Italy (Patente B) **What We Offer** We offer competitive salary and benefits like voucher meals, welfare program, health insurance, laptop, smartphone, and well-being programs to support you and your family.
