RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements and correspondence.  Assist with the planning, coordination and execution of marketing content and initiatives.  Organise internal events and manage presence at 3rd party conferences  Proactively manage expenses and procurement processes for quotes, purchase orders and invoice payment Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Planning and organisational ability Impressive interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.  High attention to detail & proactive approach  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
As part of a busy team, you will be a dedicated team player with a flexible approach.  Outstanding time management skills.
The ability to think proactively, creatively and be solutions orientated.
