Job Description The Head Chef has independent responsibility for setting up and running the kitchen and making sure that the staff has everything a strong team needs.
Working in close collaboration together, the kitchen team is responsible for creating a new asian sensation in the heart of Copenhagen.
For this exiting task we’re looking forward to welcoming you to our kitchen as Head Chef (m/f/d).
How does your working day look like … You’ll be involved in the conceptual menu development of the restaurant together with our concept partners Together with your team, you'll be in charge of food for Hotel breakfast, staff food, Café, catering and meetings.
You’ll assemble your own team, secure cooperation partners, coordinate the pre-opening activities and represent our restaurant on the market.
You’ll take responsibility for your budget, and source the products on the market You’ll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever, once again, all the guests order at the same time.
On top of this, you’ll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan, and make sure that every dish tastes as magnificent as it looks Qualifications You’ve gained experience of management in a kitchen, and speak English fluently.
Danish speaking is a plus.
