The company has 8 fabrication yards and an offshore fleet of 23 construction vessels (of which 21 owned and 2 owned by third parties and managed by Saipem) and 15 drilling rigs, of which 8 owned.
Whitin the Business Line Energy Carriers, Project manager department is looking for a EXPAT Interface Manager You will assistance the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client requirements and objectives, within budget and schedule, and in compliance with HSE and Quality policies, practices and procedures.
You will be aware of the internal interface management leaded by the discipline Leaders, coordinate and be responsible of the permitting activities, coordinate and be responsible of the external interface management activities.
Main responsibilities include coordinates the planning of the interface management activities and their monitoring and reporting, highlighting any possible disruption and impact to other project areas; Assists the Project Manager during project planning activities, eg.
preparation of Interface Plan and Stakeholders Plan, prepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External Interfaces.
Prepares, updates and share the External Interface register, prepares the Project Permit Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Permit and Authorization required during the Project Prepares, updates and share the Permit Register Coordinates interface management activities, related but not limited to project management, engineering, supply chain, construction, commissioning.
Identifies the risk relevant to Interface management and co-operate with the Risk Manager in managing the risk assessment and risk response activities issuing and quarterly updating the Project Risk Register Assists in managing change orders and claims and supports dispute resolution activities relevant to interface management activities.
Be the Client Counterpart for any item relevant to External Interface Management and Permit Management  Requirements.
Degree in Engineering Science A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas project management Experience in large scale projects and with Majors Clients Knowledge in project controls (scheduling, cost reporting, forecasting, management of change, etc) Previous experience may include, but not be limited to exposure to different roles within the project management field such as design management, planning, contract management, and/ or cost management is a plus.
Record of working within global large teams in multi-disciplinary projects is highly preferred.
