We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available days a year.
Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join our Facility Management team.

Facility & Energy Manager Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing.
Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites (Interporto and Zola Predosa); Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers; Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures; Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions; Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided; Elaborate accurate costs reporting; Drawing up reports on management results; Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.); Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance.
The type of person we are looking for.
Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering); Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies; Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems; Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite; English.
