JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.
Within the Market Strategy Operations division, the Go To Market Calendar team takes care of the calendar management for the product categories as eyewear, goggles and AFA (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories) with the aim of ensuring the right product distribution at the right timing in accordance with the commercial strategy.
The team is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of calendar data in PLM and SAP, in order to guarantee retro-planning activities both on production side and on product development side.
The mission of the team is to constantly seek improvements in calendar management processes in compliance with company policies.
The resource will be inserted in the team of GTM Operations team in the role of Calendar Assistant and will follow the activities of the perimeter WHS and Retail.
He/She will also contribute to the ordinary management activities by interfacing with the reference functions and sharing weekly the progress of the activities in charge.
He/She will support the team in identifying areas of improvement in processes and implementing new developments.
Main tool used to complete daily activities will be PLM and SAP.
Reporting activities and KPI analysis will be performed with Business Object.
Excel analysis, Power Point presentation and Word document preparation will also be required.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
He/she really like working hands-on systems, understanding the meaning of the data, the importance of their correctness and the impact they have on the whole company.
Team readiness, results orientation and flexibility complete the profile.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES.
Support other team members in keeping updated both Eyewear and AFA (Apparel, Footwear and Accessories) Calendars and all their related set up, speaking directly with Product, Marketing, Planning and Strategy teams, finding the best solution for every different situation.
Responsible for accuracy and correctness of calendar data in PLM and SAP systems, to drive the correct information to assortment, factories and planning teams Responsible for updating and sharing distribution reports with Strategy team and for managing all communication related to calendars to all internal stakeholders.
Support the team in developing new reports and defining KPIs in BI tool, helping the GTM Calendar team working in a more efficient and effective way Support system enhancements performing UAT and E2E test, working together with IT team   NETWORK OF INTERACTION.

External consultants     TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE   Educational Background in Economics / Management / Engineering Strong analytical and technical mindset Solid experience with Microsoft Office tool (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferrable experience in ERP system (SAP) Preferrable experience with Business Intelligence e Reporting systems   LANGUAGES.
