Summary of the job.
Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Key Accounts.
This is a unique opportunity to lead our Key Account Channel in the GCC area.
You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding sales results and establishing sustainable strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Take full responsibility for Key Accounts across GCC.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers, acting as the primary contact for major customers.
Recruit and coach Key Account Managers, ensuring their professional development.
Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to build an effective and balanced coverage plan.
Handle customer investment budget and resolve any difficult problems or customer complaints.
Report results against forecasts to senior management and perform economic and competitive analyses.
Conduct presentations to customer executives and lead negotiations.
Identify new business opportunities and threats to craft plans for capitalization.
Evaluate changing market environment, competitive landscape, consumer behaviour and shape the channel strategy accordingly.
Represent the region in the EMA KA/Category central functional team to implement regional initiatives locally.
Qualifications A successful candidate will need to have/be.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Minimum 5 years of previous Key Account Management experience in Medical Devices or Consumer Goods, with a strong track record of achievements.
Solid understanding and previous experience with e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies is considered as a plus.
Solid organizational understanding with business acumen.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written), fluent level of Arabic is considered as a plus.
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong team-working skills.
Ability to delegate, inspire and communicate effectively.
