Our customer is an important Italian Industrial Group, present with production plants in five different countries operating in the electronics, automation and robotics sector. For an important project of relaunch and growth, we are looking for a company of the group located in Frankfurt Area for a: Head of Procurement Reporting to the General Manager, he/she will lead all the processes and the activities of Procurement and Logistics. Main tasks and responsibilities : • Develop and implement the company's Purchasing Policies in accordance with the strategy and values of the Group • Provide direction and guidance to the employees of the Logistics and Procurement Departments in their assigned job duties • Support the team in the negotiations with the Suppliers and help them to develop their negotiation skills • Develop and control the global sourcing and the supplier qualification • Analyze current and potential suppliers and develop strategic alliances with them to ensure competitive pricing, flexible delivery times and high standards of quality and on-time delivery performance • Manage the Contracts with the supplier, following our Standard / General Conditions of Procurement • Monitor and Analyze the KPI of the assigned department • Manage the site logistics including the areas of operational logistics, project logistics and logistics planning • Manage the material flow processes and logistics concepts, their implementation in terms of effectiveness and economic action • Manage the Budget and CAPEX planning for the entire area • Develop of global logistics concepts and strategic / cross-divisional projects • Responsible for compliance with occupational safety in the areas Master Degree in Engineering; At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Procurement Management within industrial B2B companies, in the manufacturing of automation and robotic systems; Strong decision-making approach, outstanding organizational skills, leadership and motivation; Fluent in German and English; L’annuncio è rivolto ad ambo i sessi (D.lgs n. 198/2006) e nel rispetto di quanto disposto dall’art. 10 del D.Lgs n. 276/2003.
