Responsibilities Support the deployment and execution of International Mobility assignment processes for Germany (assignment lifecycle, immigration, tax, legal- including posted worker legislation, social security, health insurance).
Deploy employees on the applicable International Mobility policies by liaising with the business to determine the best suited mobility assignment to support the business need Support the business/HR/recruitment in understanding mobility policies (and alternatives), including regulatory requirements, mobility costs and budgets as well as business specific mobility issues.
Advise, educate and consult with internal stakeholders on German immigration matters and compliance, processing requirements and the ability to obtain work permits for new hires, international transfers and assignees.
Initiate and coordinate immigration applications for visa/ work permit / residence permit application with internal stakeholder and the immigration provider ICUnet.
Responsible for managing the relationship between internal and external partners.
Vendor management Ensure the delivery of high-quality International Mobility services to mobile population assigned to/ from Germany Coordinate with tax providers, Eviden stakeholders and International Mobility Teams in respect of tax compliance services.
Work in partnership with the International Mobility Teams across all regions as well as with the international mobility support team   Required Skills And Experience Excellent English and German Experience within the field of international assignments, global mobility, or expatriate management would be considered as strong advantage Understanding of standard tax, social security, labor law, and immigration regulations applicable to internally mobile employees.
Knowledge of German tax and legal rules would be a plus.
