We are looking for an intern to join our Robotics & Discrete Automation business.
ou will be responsible to provide technical, order and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers.
You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.
This position reports to Sales Support Manager - Customer Support Your responsibilities Verification of Orders received from our customers, control of order confirmations received from factories and communication with them regarding possible requests.
Master data management of our customers through our internal portal.
Activation of new customer accounts via our MyABB portal.
Monitoring the status of orders, verification of deliveries and follow up of delays.
Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation.
Ensuring a positive customer experience.
Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
Your background Preferably a Diploma in administrative field or a degree in Economy.
Interest in principles and practices in customer service would be considered a plus.
Knowledge of MS-Office tools.
Knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus.
A good knowledge of English and Italian.
An agile and proactive approach, with ability to work in a team.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and good written and spoken communication skills.
