About the Company: for the largest multinational corporation in the food industry, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a IT Security Specialist. Core Responsibilities: Ensure an adequate level of security for both the global and local solutions by monitoring the correct and effective application of the Nestlé IT security Policies, standards and guidelines, local law and regulation. The Security Specialist will be responsible for activities in the security field and, specifically, will be in charge of: Support the Security Leader executing timely the controls related to the area and managing the ISO 27001 certification. Implement, maintain and promote appropriate standard routines, in accordance with the IT corporate security and compliance policies, and technical standards, relevant to user access, role management, password management, data security, clouds solutions, security check lists for change management processes and access to digital applications. Provide basic security knowledge for investigations, projects and incidents Use risk analysis as a basis for managing IS/IT operations and controls at IT market level IT, cascading the corporate guidelines. Support in monitoring and fixing of the gaps reported in the Security & Compliance Index report system (SCI), also by mobilizing the required resources. Advise/Report the management and the IT community about the non-compliant issues. Implement and provide End to End support for the central security solutions. Communicate the security policies, the compliance related topics and Technical Standards to market IT and user community Manage IT Audit activities referred to the reliance of IT System in collaboration with technical security engineer Must Have: Preferred basic IT and networking skills Required fluent Italian and English language B2 +3 years of experience in Security Governance , Security Compliance & Assessment Bachelor's degree Achievement focus, high energy and commitment to the results Inter personal skills and ability to deal with senior management Good communication skills Project management skills Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, Compliance and quality. Personal relation based on trust and mutual respect. Continuous improvement mindset Nice to Have: Certifications ISACA, ISO 27001, ITIL, Cobit Further information: Location: Assago (MI).
