LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER

You should be an action-oriented leader who proactively collaborates with functions and leadership teams to provide direction and support and resolve challenges.
Design and administer pro-active loss prevention and asset recovery programs throughout the assigned geographical area, including programs involving the protection of CHEP proprietary information and intellectual property assets.
CHEP In Europe Loose more than 10M pallets PA net of recoveries that exceed 3M units.
This role will play a significant part to reduce losses and increase recoveries.
The individual will also play an important part in sharing their knowledge and skills with the rest of the teams so the general safety and asset recovery capabilities of the region is improved.
** YOUR GOALS ** &#; -Executes and evaluates asset protection-related solutions through a combination of applications including data analysis, audits, training programs, and investigations.
-Designs and implements programs designed to reduce and control CHEP assets.
-Monitors fraud prevention measures and executes/leads fraud investigations/prosecutions, both internal and external.
-Coordinates with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and other functions to minimize loss exposure and maximize asset protection and control.
-Implements and evaluates security systems including plant facility security.
-Gathers information and data from all forms of criminal activity to be categorized and analyzed, helping to build a database for use in future investigations.
-Investigates operatives from other companies who might be gathering data on business practices to exploit weaknesses.
-Executes internet security and social media investigations.
Identifies criminal enterprises utilize internal and external resources to eliminate these activities.
-A strong command of the local law and regulations can help take investigations into new territories or keep other investigations from being derailed because of legal mistakes.
-Identifies security risks in the business environment and applies appropriate financial and managerial controls to mitigate those risks.
