om/! The Marketing Manager, US Mechanical – Echelon Brand, is responsible for creation, execution and oversight of the ECHELON Mechanical brand marketing strategies that will increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
The Mechanical business represents a wide portfolio of products, including new ECHELON innovations and an exciting pipeline that is well positioned for current and future growth.
The Marketing Manager, will have key duties and responsibilities, including.
Managing key strategic mechanical products that are critical to the growth of the Ethicon Endomechanical franchise, and developing associated strategies and marketing programs.
Developing value propositions, competitive rebuttals, and product differentiation promotional materials.
Establishing value propositions that meet our customer’s needs.
Driving demand through creation and execution of outstanding value proposition focusing on evidence and claims.
Implementing and developing tactical plans by providing appropriate promotional materials.
Exploring innovative ways to drive awareness and demand for our key strategic ECHELON products.
Working efficiently with external agencies and business partners within the organization.
Ensuring completion of market analysis and monitoring relevant competitive activity.
Leading key agency relationships; including involvement in selection process, forming relationships with agency management and agency evaluation process and review.
Collaborating with key customers and opinion leaders during internal and field-based customer events.
Support of sales force needs in taking care of account level issues Partnering with Commercial Education on Field Sales training.
Partnering closely with internal collaborators including Field Sales, Global Business Insights, the Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Operations, Global Education Solutions, and all support functions (IT, Finance, HR) to develop and implement the Business Plan Qualifications Required.
5 years of relevant business experience (Sales/Marketing) Bachelor’s degree is required.
MBA preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to navigate and achieve business impact across a highly-matrixed organization Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on leadership, relationship development and influence management.

healthcare industry knowledge is required, medical device / surgical experience Demonstrated knowledge of brand marketing, customer segmentation and marketing communications Prior experience influencing surgical stakeholders Demonstrated clinical and anatomical knowledge of surgical procedures This position will require up to 25% travel (including overnight domestic travel).
