Context and purpose of the job Within our Media Department and reporting directly to the Head of Media Planning, you will get the chance to support the team in all media planning activities.
Specifically, you will be involved in various tasks, including monitoring press releases, managing the press archive and overseeing our partners’ media activities.
Responsibilities Monitor press releases and ensure compliance with agreements with agencies Support the team in the media planning, ensuring the selection of the best media for our press campaign Monitor online releases and production Check our partners’ media activities, with particular attention to compliance with the agreements and standards Support in reporting activities Budget monitoring Requirements Must have skills Master’s Degree in Marketing or Communication Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Nice to have skills Flexibility Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus Excellent interpersonal skills We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal.
