Join us as a Performance Marketing Specialist What you will be doing  As part of the Growth team based in Milan, you’ll report to the work in the Performance team to support campaign execution with a particular focus on our growing B2B business lines.
Namely, you will.
Directly manage and optimize acquisition campaigns on all our main channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and more); Continuously analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities; Collaborate with the rest of the Growth team to increase conversion and lowering the acquisition cost by optimizing the conversion funnel; Report on campaign results and performances; Collaborate and partner with the creative team to continuously improve the quality and efficacy of our creative production for Performance.

2+ years experience in digital and paid marketing experience; Hands-on experience on at least one platform among Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with a focus on Performance; Good understanding of full funnel and its relevant KPIs (CTR%, CR%, CPL, CPS); General understanding of digital mktg and communications activities (CRM, SEO, Martech); Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisions; Ability to give proper briefs to and cooperate with other internal teams or external stakeholders; Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Experience in working within a B2B environment on lead generation (not mandatory but represents a plus).
