PRODUCT GENIUS Posizione La persona, in collaborazione con i consulenti di vendita, si occuperà di assistere il cliente nella fase di consegna dell'auto spiegando optional e caratteristiche della vettura.
Nello specifico.
programma gli appuntamenti per la consegna delle vetture; gestisce l’attività di assistenza nei servizi e nel post-vendita, informando il cliente circa le specifiche tecniche e le caratteristiche di tutti i prodotti; si occupa del processo di Test Drive, affiancando il cliente nella prova su strada dell'auto; provvede all'allestimento dello show-room disponendo le auto in salone.
Requisiti La risorsa ideale sarà in possesso di.
diploma superiore o cultura equivalente; passione per le nuove tecnologie e per il settore automotive; orientamento alla customer satisfaction; flessibilità, eccellenti doti comunicative, relazionali e propensione all’attività commerciale.
