PROJECT MANAGER - ENTERTAINMENT MARKET

POSITIONS PURPOSEAs Project Manager you should be ambitious, stress-resistant and able to manage a range of projects that vary in terms of budget and size.
You will act as the interface between stakeholders, balance the project constraints, schedule, budget and scope, to meet business objectives and achieve a high-quality and successful project result.
In close cooperation with different internal experts this position offers the unique opportunity to initiate, plan, control and drive large scale and top- notch projects within one of the fastest growing industries.
n this position you will be highly organized and juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines (for example creating timelines incl.
milestones, project plans etc) and using data to identify and prioritize requirements and use cases.
The Project Manager ensures process efficiency and delivery within large cross-functional projects while being a highly communicative servant leader to the project team, who motivates and influences them, manages conflict, and facilitates meetings and workshops.
ou are a self-starter with the ability to understand and explain the high-level overview of a project.
You have a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, and team collaboration, motivation and guidance.
You are analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
ou will manage the project elements, including, but not limited to resources, cost, schedule and risk.
Also, you will tailor both, traditional and agile tools, techniques, and methods depending on the project context.
This includes the preparation and management of the project artifacts such as reports, meeting notes, scope of work, organizational charts, milestone tracking plus additional tools shared internally.
n this position you will report to the Head of / Teamlead Project Management.
SSENTIAL TASKSGeneral Tasks ▪    On a project level, leads, balances, provides direction to the project team and performs a communication role▪    Planning and managing schedule, cost, resources, and risks, including but not limited to managing the delivery performance, focusing on customer satisfaction and tangible outcomes▪    Prioritizing requirements and use cases▪    Creating project relevant artifacts▪    Tailoring project management methods, tools, techniques and frameworks depending on the project context▪    Participating in the pre-sales process (budgeting)Related tasks▪    On the organization level, interacts as an advocacy role who increases competencies and capabilities within the project management team.▪    Defining operational guidelines for scaled workflows and interface with team to train and execute on project objectives▪    On the industry-level, stays informed about project management industry trends.
OALS AND OBJECTIVES▪    Manager Level.
min 3-4 years of working experience, preferably in the sports sector and/or event organisation.▪    Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment▪    Proven experience in managing large cross-functional projects▪    A collaborative team player with a hands-on attitude as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, including abilities:- to guide and steer discussions to achieve project objectives- to confidently articulate to internal and external stakeholders using your excellent verbal and written communications skills- to establish trust-based relationships and communicate effectively across all levels, and to motivate, influence and direct a project team ▪    Ability to understand and explain the high-level overview▪    Ability to prioritize among competing tasks▪    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills▪    You are always looking to improve inefficient processes▪    Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines▪    Very Good speech and writing skills in English and Italian, German is a plus▪    Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Jira WHAT WE OFFER ▪    You'll be part of a dynamic, innovative growth companyoperating in the fastest growing entertainment market.
