Context and purpose of the job You will join the IT Department Headquarters in Milan, where you will get the chance to develop your skills by participating in significant Digital projects in the Retail sector within a context of strong Digitalization.
You will work closely with senior members in the Retail Team.
Responsibilities Conducting both technical and functional analysis for the redesign of existing Retail processes Monitoring data flows and identifying any issues, proposing solutions Supporting the development of API interfaces within a Multichannel Digital project Defining data structures to be exposed to the Business areas, such as the Loss Prevention and Retail Operations Assisting the team in implementing multimedia projects in-store Managing documentation related to assigned projects Requirements Must have skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields.
Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Data Science Academic knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and of programming languages, such as Java, Python, SQL will be considered a plus Fluency in English, both written and spoken Nice to have skills Good interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Analytical mindset Ability to work within a very dynamic environment We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal.
