That’s why we are seeking a versatile and resilient Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team.

I, you will play a key role in our sales team's success.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify new business opportunities and act as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Your role will also involve maintaining crucial, comprehensive knowledge of our products and market conditions, as it will enable you to effectively communicate our value proposition and gauge the relevance of leads.
‍ Responsibilities.
Identify and prospect new sales leads through outbound marketing techniques, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads based on their potential fit as a customer and their readiness to buy.
Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Managers.
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to our outbound sales strategies.
Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
Use CRM software to maintain a database of contact information and lead status.
Provide support to the Sales Managers as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements.
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
Resilience, with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
Familiarity with outbound marketing techniques, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
Expertise with Microsoft Office is a strong plus.
Experience with CRM software is a strong plus (e.
., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot).
