The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have.
·       Responsible for cost center planning, analysis, and reporting of the assigned supply chain / manufacturing area including Capex planning ·       Analyze production variances to understand cost drivers and aid business partners in achieving financial commitments ·       Perform annual standard cost calculation run including preparation of hourly rates and develop ideas for process improvements ·       Responsible for finance material master data maintenance in SAP ·       Perform monthly close activities in the area of responsibility ·       Responsible for reporting, KPI's and analytics on yields, labor and other productivity metrics ·       Independent preparation of external statistics  ·       Ensure compliance with SOX and other internal policies and procedures ·       Proactive partnering with business partners to ensure alignment of financial targets and identification of potential opportunities and risks ·       Forging internal collaboration both within and outside of the wider Supply Chain Finance team to ensure high service delivery Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have.
·       Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting ·       At least four years of Accounting, Finance or related business experience ·       Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills ·       Strong analytical skills with focus on what matters ·       Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel ·       Ideally experience with SAP S/4 HANA ·       Reliable, precise, structured and independent way of working ·       Strong communication skills ·       Team player mentality ·       Fluent German and good English skills are required This is what awaits YOU at J&J.
