Por qué te necesitamos? Market Intelligence Define the priorities for market research and establish the objectives for such research working closely with the Market Intelligence Manager who will lead the surveys.
Monitor their product lines with the help of the Market Intelligence Manager, analyzing customer needs of both OEMs and end-consumers, as well as the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to evaluate the market potential for specific new product solutions.
Innovation roadmap and new business models Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Innovation, regional marketing, Sales and Product Engineering) you conciliate stakeholders’ inputs to define product requirements, functions and specifications for new products.
Define the use cases and the value proposition, identifies Unique Selling points, builds the business case with target costing and proposes new product strategy  Select the pilot customer for market introduction of innovative solutions and proposes when entering into the building phase for innovation programs, including a deeper involvement of the Product Engineering and Program Management into the Innovation phase.
Support the organization in approaching new business models, considering all opportunities to capture more value in the ecosystem along the evolving value chain, for innovative solutions and services.
Assess, together with the Innovation Manager, if and how the innovation roadmap and the market launch plans should be updated to integrate emerging technologies in Sekurit solutions offer.
Product and Service strategy implementation Define the product and service strategy Make sure the customer needs are fulfilled during building phase thanks to a close collaboration with Product Engineering & Program Management.
Prepare the market launch plan for new Products and Upgrades to optimize time to market of innovative solutions.
Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing and Product Engineering teams to achieve targeted business acquisition.
In close collaboration with Product Engineering, you will validate the product extension and upgrades, cost reduction initiatives and optimization of product design and leads end-of-life decisions for his/her product lines.
Propose pricing guidelines.
Inspire, empower and impact Gather and share knowledge through various communication channels such as product catalogs, videos, and webinars.
This knowledge sharing is done amongst the Sekurit community for their specific product lines, with the aim of inspiring and empowering regional teams to be more impactful in the market.
Customers and Brand Support regional Marketing and Sales teams for key customer events and new product introduction in co-ordination with Communication teams.
Represent the company and product offerings at important industry events and key customer meetings, to identify opportunities for co-development with OEMs or other partners.
Provide the value proposition of new products to allow the Communication team to define the branding for his/her product lines.
Contribute to the definition of the customer roadmap and the identification of the key marketing battles for our customers in close collaboration with regional Sales & Marketing teams.
