Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Senior Tax Specialist to join the Global Tax Team within the wider Finance department.

Hybrid Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing.
All activities will be carried out in coordination with and following the tax guidelines issued by Head Quarter tax department.
Responsibility for all areas related to the direct and indirect taxation; Coordinate all the Tax Compliance activities (Tax computation, tax returns, payments, etc.) for both direct and indirect taxation in order to comply correctly and timely with relevant Tax Legislation, taking opportunities and minimizing tax Risks (particular focus on United Kingdom); Supporting the Admin team on the Senior Accounting Officer certification and related compliance; Support the Head of Tax with the management and coordination of Tax inspections, Questionnaire and others relationship with Tax Authorities adopting the most appropriate strategy also in the involvement of tax consultants (domestic or international matters); Support the Head of Tax with general tax matters and provide day-to-day tax support as well as maintaining tax technical awareness; The role involves any other corporate tax requirements which may arise.
These may include transaction advice on business or property disposals or acquisitions, company restructuring, and discrete planning projects among other responsibilities; Together with YNAP Tax Team, provide assistance in the management, implementation and monitoring of the Group Transfer Pricing policy and be proactive and responsible for monitoring global requirements and changes in legislation (domestic and/or cross border).; Provide assistance to the Finance team in the identification, quantification, administration, and reporting of cross-border withholding taxes; Be proactive in supporting the business providing prompt reply or proper recommendation to grant the tax compliance; Provide assistance to the Group Reporting & Consolidation team in the preparation and review of the Group Financial Statement for the Group Reporting purpose (quarterly); Analyse new Tax legislation and interpretations with a tax impact on the Group, quantifying the impacts, involving relevant Functions (including IT) and implementing necessary solution (focusing on specific countries to define) The type of person we are looking for.
At least 4+ years of prior experience in a similar position within the tax department of a multinational company or a Tax Consultancy firm (e.

Big 4) Hold a Professional Tax or accounting qualification (or equivalent) Excellent knowledge of Tax accounting, Tax compliance and all types of tax returns Good knowledge of cross-border income taxation laws (basics of UK taxation will be considered as a strong plus) Proven ability at meeting deadlines and solving problems Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to build good relationships being a collaborative team player Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and work to strict deadlines Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills Ability to work hard as part of a growing team Proficiency both in Italian and English is a mandatory requirement From the moment you join the YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP we are committed to making your journey with us inspirational and evolutionary.
