TENDER SENIOR MANAGER

Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for resources to be included in the Practice of Industrial and Regional Strategies.
The selected candidate will be part of a dedicated team focused on analysis, forecasting, research, and consultancy on topics related to industrial and territorial economics, international trade, and commodities, as well as assessment of climate change and social impacts.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Proactively analyse European and international tender opportunities, focusing on an in-depth understanding of their respective tender processes; Accurately identify business opportunities aligned with our areas of expertise, taking into account the specifics of the tender requests; Actively participate in the meticulous preparation of tender responses, in close collaboration with internal teams, in order to win new projects and contracts; Ensure rigorous oversight of the process from submission to negotiation, closely monitoring compliance with client requirements; Establish and maintain strong relationships with key players within European and international organisations; Develop, strengthen and animate a network of partners and subcontractors (or for specific skills).
REQUIREMENTS.
Master's level; Fluency in English and Italian.
Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage; At least 5 years' of similar relevant experience in the consultancy sector, ideally in connection with European or International Organisations; Thorough understanding of tender processes and bidding mechanisms; Excellent writing and communication skills; Flexibility and ability to work intensively during specific periods; Leadership to bring projects to a successful conclusion with the collaboration of the various stakeholders.
