What You Need to Be Successful Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or similar fields Less than 18 months of professional experience Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus Innate aptitude for teamwork Attention to details and analytical mindset Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, ideally with a proven ability to craft engaging and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations Personal drive and results orientation.
