Identify and assess opportunities for development and improvement of processes and controls (i.e. OMGEO benchmarks)
Achieve a full understanding of Fixed Income products including processes, regulatory requirements and company polices

I part take in road shows to learn more about the job and handle general everyday business activities. These include all back office documentation registration and all general compliance work .I handle the Trade blotter recording and analyse the information retrieved by such blotters. This includes profit and loss calculation, market analysis and graphical development. At the moment I am working to become FSA approved
