Job Description We are currently seeking an E-commerce Technology & Development Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute.
Support in coordinating end-to-end digital projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline; Oversee the full scope of the migration from monolithic to headless architecture, liaising between all the different stakeholders to make sure delivery schedules are on track; Collaborate with the Kering IT and development teams throughout the entire headless project lifecycle to ensure a smooth implementation; Monitor the performance of the website and assist in troubleshooting website functional issues; Take ownership of user testing and debugging new functionalities, ensuring that all developments deliver a high-quality user experience; Support in defining and prioritizing roadmap topics and front-end implementations based on business needs and ROI; Conduct regular benchmarks and Identify new functional opportunities across the website to help implement strategic optimization solutions providing the best-in-class online user experience; Cooperate with the regional teams to gather their demands and keep them informed on all ongoing and future evolutions.
Who you are.
At least 2 years of experience in an E-Commerce environment with solid knowledge of E-Commerce processes and functionalities; Good understanding of Headless E-Commerce architecture is a plus; Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is required, as well a CMS tool or Search engine.
Knowledge of Contentful and Algolia is considered a plus; Proven experience with Project Management tools such as Confluence and Jira.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS code; Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point; Passion for innovation and services aiming at improving the customer experience; Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (internal and external); Ability to work in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment; Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
French is a plus.
