▪ Manage Load Control and OCC Departments ▪ Ensure all the activities within high safety and quality standards, to perform audits, plan corrective measures and guidelines ▪ Supervising and controlling weight and balance activities ▪ Ensure rosters stay aligned with operational and legal requirements ▪ Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business ▪ Analysis and identification of upcoming needs/issues and opportunities ▪ Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions ▪ Staff recruitment, management, training ▪ Ensuring training requirements are respected and keep under control expiring license ▪ Make sure Airlines and internal manuals are properly updated ▪ other ad-hoc duties related to the positions
