• Assigned to guide a 4 people Sales Force. Achieved to stabilize sales on a +10% trend, focusing on Team Spirit; Revived KOL and Sales Force confidence through launch of the new Wound Care Line, appropriate Product Positioning and customized Business Plan, as a result of new opportunity disclosure through field support and stakeholders’ interactions.
    • Achieved an important business goal: a 5 year Regional Tender awarded in 2019, worth about 5 million euros. 
    • Contributed to drive sales-effective Product Campaigns of the new Brand creating a Scientific Department focused on acknowledgement of clinical benefits, to differentiate from the market leaders, leading to reach considerable achievements in the last few years.
