The main purpose of this intern was to develop a customer satisfaction plan (implementing the argument of my bachelor thesis "Quantitive method and Statistical tools for managers"). Front-line method survey, collecting and analyzing data with support office (excel, word, and ppt) and R and reporting to the top line manager. Statistics elaboration thorough multivariate linear analysis. Administration and accounting support.
Receptionist tasks, customer registration check-in and check out, customer service, and customer complaints. Support for meetings and events. Social media platforms and graphical designer (Canva, ppt)

Business management and marketing. Support for starting and running the restaurant, providing project management to set up the activities and routines, menù, and recruitment. Managing the supplier contacts, control the quality of raw materials looking for new resources. Accountability for employees, customers, and business. Responsible customer service, customer complaints, and customer development through loyalty programs and use of social media platforms and office to promote and advertise. Supporting Training team and director.

Administration support for administrative documents and employee shifts program. Supporting for
meeting program and summer plan for the resorts (clients entertainment). Receptionist support, check-in-out, customer complaints, customer service.
