 • Team leader of 3 Sales Manager  • Lead Market Growth for assigned products  • Project support at existing accounts  • New EMEA account acquisition  • Promotion of products and introduction of product developments  • Key Accounts Management for Europe Market  • Contract negotiations  • Product lead on products – providing technical advice and know how  • Project Director on new developing  • New Flyer and new boots in the fairs

Director of Global Sales and Marketing team – fluorosurfactants, fluorowax, liquid surface protectors and PTFE micro-powder as a plastics additive for PA, PPA, PC, ABS, PBT. 
 Responsibilities (€ 18 Million) : 
 • Team leader of 7 Sales Manager around the World (2 China, 2 India, Australia, Japan, Korea)  • Lead Market Growth for assigned products  • Project support at existing accounts  • New account acquisition  • Promotion of products and introduction of product developments  • EMEA Key Accounts Management  • Contract negotiations  • New Flyer and new boots in the fairs 

Member of Global Sales and Marketing team – mobile sims for B2B account 
 Responsibilities (€ 1,3 Million) : 
 • Team leader of 3 Sales Junior (regional)  • New account acquisition  • Promotion of products and introduction of product developments  • Key Accounts Management on big accounts  • Contract negotiations
