Main activities and responsibilities: To supervise the general construction works performance; - To supervise the work of technical personnel and/or contractors; - Problem solving; - Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs; - Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations; - To attend to administrative duties pertaining to personnel, costs of operation, records of purchased materials and all such expenditures; -.To prepare the estimates and commercial offers; - To prepare and train technical personnel; - To supervise  the operation of electrical and mechanical equipment; - To supervise the maintenance of buildings and MEP systems; - To supervise the operation of  plants; heating and pump stations; - To performs other related duties as assigned.   
     
          Position:   Site Manager / Chief Engineering maintenance (KAZAKHSTAN)

             Details:   Chief Engineering maintenance responsible for KPO (Karachaganak 
                             Petroleum Operating) office building in Uralsk. Number of people 
                          coordinated  20 (Architecture, Civil, MEP, Electrical and Hydraulic systems); 
                             total area 6650sq.m. 

                             Reconstruction of new office of KPO (Karachaganak Petroleum Operating) in  
                             Uralsk. Number of people coordinated  145 included subcontract 
                           (Architecture, Civil, MEP, Electrical and Hydraulic systems) building area 
                             4000sq.m. + Technical Building area 350sq.m. + External area 2300sq.m.

                             Reconstruction and modernization of Hotel Chagala in Uralsk. Number of 
                           people coordinated  25 (Architecture, Civil Electrical system) total area 
                             1200sq.m.
                             
                             
                             Design and Construction of private Villa in Almaty. Number of people 
                          coordinated  48  (Architecture, Civil, MEP, Electrical and hydraulic 
                             systems); total area 2500sq.m.

                             
                             Design and Construction of new warehouse for Chagala Group in Atyrau. 
                             Number of people coordinated  30 (Civil and Electrical); total area 510sq.m.

                             
                             Design and Construction of building for Sport Club (SHELL) + swimming pool 
                             and sports field in Atyrau. Number of people coordinated  35 (Architecture, 
                             Civil, MEP, Electrical system); total area 3350sq.m.
                            
                             
                             Design and Construction of new Supermarket (IDEAL) including parking area in 
                             Atyrau. Number of people coordinated  40  (Architecture, Civil, MEP, 
                             Electrical system); total area 5000sq.m.
